KS1 Lesson 4 Plenary: Saying goodnight to the planet

It is now time for the artefacts/instruments to go to sleep.  Ask the pupils to say “goodnight” to the artefacts/instruments and one at a time, carefully bring them to the front of the class to put them away.

Ask the class to complete the following questions either verbally or on paper in words or drawing.

• What was their favourite thing about the planet?
• Can anyone think of a name for the planet?

Extension:  Can you draw any of the following alien sounds?
