Form a circle with every pupil on a pitched instrument or using their voice (if they are confident singing in front of others).
• Ask the class to play and hold D (Concert pitch) • Then have them play: D, E, F, G, A (again at Concert pitch). • Once they have this together, then ask them to play up and down those 5 notes together slowly, emphasising accuracy and listening to each other.
